To receive a refund, the device MUST be returned:

- With NO signs of damage or wear and tear,
- For health reasons, once the vest has come into contact with a dog’s body, we cannot accept it back into our facility, so DO NOT include the vest with your return.
How to Return Calmer Canine

- We’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label. Return only the device in its original packaging. Due to health considerations, please do not return the vest.
A full refund to the card on file will be processed upon receipt of the returned package. Depending on your bank/card’s own policy, refunds typically take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear.
